How To Send A Useful Message
The contact form provides one place to report a website issue or ask for a correction related to the public catalog. For a broken route, explain what happened after clicking and whether the issue occurred on mobile or desktop. The form confirms receipt with a reference number that can help identify the submission later.
When Third-Party Support Is Required
Messages are not automatically published and do not become public FAQ entries or reviews. A request may be rejected if it contains spam, malicious code, threats, impersonation, or another person’s private information. Do not send another message immediately unless the first submission contained an important error.
Read The Privacy Policy Before Contacting Us
The form should not be used to send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, wallet recovery phrases, or complete identity documents. External services opened from social-share or download links apply their own privacy practices. Privacy requests are considered only for records the website can reasonably identify and control.
